Credit, Refund & Cancellation Policy
ALL RETURN MUST BE FORWARD BACK TO US WITHIN 30 Days of DELIVERY DATE
CREDIT ONLY will be issued for BOOK purchases only. Single-shot magazines are NOT eligible for refunds and/or credits.
CREDIT ONLY will be issued if a book is unavailable or out of stock.
CREDIT ONLY will be issued for books that are returnable to our warehouse

CREDIT ONLY will be issued for books returned to us by the facility due to unacceptable content and only if those specific books are returnable to our warehouse.
CREDIT ONLY will be issued to the inmate and not to the customer (purchaser) if a book is not accepted at his/her facility and only if that book is returnable to our warehouse. All credits will be placed in their inmate account with NJ Corrections BookStore Publishing LLC.
REFUNDS ONLY will be issued for books returned to NJ Corrections BookStore Publishing LLC due to our not being an approved vendor at your facility. All returned books must include a “Notice of Rejection” form from the facility to be eligible for a full refund.
REFUNDS ONLY Original payment method will be the ONLY form of reimbursement for accepted returns.
REFUNDS/CREDITS do not include shipping and handling fees.
NO REFUNDS/NO CREDITS will be issued for returned item(s) that are damaged and not in original condition as shipped. Examples include: Damaged Cover, Bent Pages, Staples in Pages, Markings, Holes, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All non-returnable books are noted in the book’s description. We will gladly reship your non-refundable book(s) to an alternate address of your choice. You must provide applicable shipping and handling rates for the number of books reshipped to an alternate address. If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) days, the books will be donated to charity.
IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING MAGAZINE PURCHASES:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR CANCELLATIONS. NJ Corrections BookStore Publishing LLC cannot offer refunds, credits, or cancellations for single-shot magazine purchases.
Internet Returns Policy
Only qualified books purchased on www.njcorrectionsbookstore.com may be returned for a refund. For your return to be accepted, you must do the following:
* Include your packing slip and the completed return form with your item(s).
* Return your item(s) in an original, undamaged, and re-saleable condition.
* Return item(s) within thirty (30) days from delivery date.
* Ship all returns with the completed form to:

*NJ Corrections BookStore Publishing LLC does not accept returns for books containing cassettes, DVDs, CDs, software, and/or other electronic media products that have been opened.
*Shipping charges are not refundable.

*Shipping costs will be paid by NJ Corrections BookStore Publishing LLC ONLY if the item is damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped in error.
